Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-Enhanced Development Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Define a roadmap for AI adoption across the software development lifecycle
• Evaluate and scale AI-enabled tools for various development phases
• Design and extend core services while refactoring legacy components to be AI friendly

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of production Java development experience with deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem
• Proven experience with LLM-based code assistants and AI tooling
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments such as FERPA or GDPR
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and a passion for AI-driven automation
• Demonstrated mentorship and ability to drive cross-team adoption of new practices
