Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems for message delivery across various channels

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while improving system observability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on distributed systems
• Experience with backend systems in Java, Python, or Go
• Deep understanding of messaging or event-driven architectures
• Proven track record of architecting scalable systems and maintaining reliable production services
• Familiarity with frontend development using Typescript/React is a plus
