Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable applications and components to support lab operations and clinical trials
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and transform them into scalable microservices APIs
• Mentor junior engineers and improve development processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science or a comparable program
• 7+ years of software development experience, preferably with secure, scalable web applications using Java
• Experience with object-oriented programming in Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Strong relational database skills, including database design and optimization
