Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of backend software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading technical projects at scale, including planning and execution
• Experience maintaining and improving legacy systems
• Ability to articulate tradeoffs and influence decisions across teams
• Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering team growth
