Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support the development of a mission-critical software product for a DoD customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software solutions using DevSecOps best practices within an Agile team
• Create software using languages and frameworks such as Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, and React
• Engage in threat modeling and implement security measures throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience with 6-8 years in Agile environments using DevOps practices
• Expertise in developing applications with React and Python
• Experience with Docker and OCI compliant containers
• Strong skills in Linux environments and building REST APIs
• Ability to independently complete tasks/user stories including design, development, and unit testing
