Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the CES team, focusing on building scalable and secure systems for enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for CRM/IVR applications
• Design and architect scalable CRM solutions using SFDC or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Mentor junior developers and develop software testing strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in CRM/IVR systems
• Proficiency in CRM/IVR platforms like Dynamics CRM and Salesforce
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong grasp of security and privacy standards relevant to customer data handling
