Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to help build a platform modernizing homebuilding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver features across the platform, managing the full lifecycle from technical design to deployment
• Write and deploy high-quality, production-grade code daily
• Contribute to architecture decisions, API contracts, and data models to support system scalability and evolution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience (10+ for Staff)
• Experience building full-stack features using modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Active use of AI coding tools in daily workflow
• Demonstrated leadership and ownership in mentoring teams and influencing technical direction
• Experience partnering with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes
