Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate an integration platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the automated build and deploy process for applications
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and take ownership of project technical aspects
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members while conducting project risk identification and mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years of engineering experience creating and/or maintaining large-scale systems
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java
• Experience with application architecture concepts and hands-on experience with API gateway patterns
• Strong cloud platform experience, preferably with AWS, and demonstrated experience implementing distributed tracing and centralized observability
