Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Software Engineer, Back-end / Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Architect and implement scalable APIs and data processing workflows, while owning end-to-end feature development
• Serve as the data engineering subject matter expert, guiding data architecture and ingestion patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of back-end software development experience with a focus on data engineering and analytics
• Deep expertise with relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and schema design
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and build in-product analytics experiences
• Self-starter with a data-first mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments
• Experience in mentoring team members on data modeling and analytics best practices
