Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build backend systems to transform observability data into actionable insights
- Work on Portfolio Insights, OpenTelemetry exploration, and product analytics capabilities
- Develop features that customers interact with daily, using primarily Go, Python, and SQL
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building production services and features
- Strong experience in Go or a similar systems language
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
- Experience with BigQuery/SQL and Python for data work
- Familiarity with observability platforms and distributed systems
