Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Software Engineer to enhance the spatial and situational awareness of industrial autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain production-grade C++ perception code for real-time control loops of autonomous vehicles
• Research, design, develop, and extend perception algorithms for production use, including localization and obstacle detection
• Guide algorithm development from prototype to production, including data training and integration with automated test infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field
• 4 years of experience in software engineering or a related occupation
• Proficiency in programming with Python and C++
• Experience with ROS and Linux Operating Systems
• Background in computer vision and sensor fusion, and developing robotic systems for production
