Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React, with a focus on backend development
• Proven ability to manage complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Experience with enterprise or contract-driven work where requirements may be ambiguous is a plus
