Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable and reliable Rails-based backend services
• Lead technical delivery of complex features from requirements to deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-component features
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and strong PostgreSQL skills
• Experience with API design, background job processing, and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability practices
