Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Perpetual Inventory (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development and maintenance of software solutions, ensuring they are fast, secure, and reliable
• Produce concepts and prototypes for digital products/services and recommend optimizations for better performance
• Assign work schedules to team members and contribute to program management plans to achieve specific goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred
• Over 3 to 6 years of general experience in software engineering
• Basic experience in coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
• Familiarity with Java/Kotlin, Spring Framework, Kafka, and Postgres
• Experience with database design and maintenance practices
