Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and migration of enterprise applications on modern AWS architecture
• Partner with Technical Program Managers to drive project alignment and ensure timely execution
• Act as a senior technical mentor to software engineers and junior tech leads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with increasing scope and responsibility
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
• Deep understanding of cloud-first application development and hosting technologies, including AWS and Azure
