Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. SW Engineer, Interest Engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop functionalities on the platform while ensuring consistency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Support the team by removing technical impediments and coordinating technical refinements based on business specifications
• Conduct stress/performance tests and manage the product backlog, prioritizing technical tasks

Required Qualifications

• B2 English level and based in Brazil
• 4+ years of experience in product development within the technology or financial services sector
• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with Python or big data tools (e.g., Databricks, Airflow, Spark)
• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud development, preferably AWS
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment
