Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Software Development Engineer to contribute to cross-functional teams building AI agents for HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to deliver AI-powered agents for HR and Financial workflows

• Take ownership of multiple functional areas in the platform from development to production

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience with a web development framework (Python preferred)
• 3+ years of experience with React and Typescript for Front End / Full stack development
• 5+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
