Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to modernize the technology behind USPS shipping.

Key Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and optimize high-performance Go services for USPS shipping
Refactor legacy systems for the cloud and design new cloud-native services
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create robust architecture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of software development experience
Proficiency in Go and experience with additional languages like Python or C++
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles
Experience with backend frameworks and APIs; familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus
