Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engine team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of new features and systems from architectural design through deployment and maintenance
• Build and maintain high-performance backend services in Go and optimize SQL Server databases at scale
• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure and collaborate with leadership to translate product ideas into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of production experience with Go
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience (RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CDK, or similar)
• 2+ years working with SQL Server or comparable relational databases in a production environment
• Experience on a team of fewer than 10 engineers or in a role requiring individual ownership
