Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders on feature discovery, ideation, and delivery
• Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code and drive technical architecture decisions
• Own end-to-end feature development and participate in customer calls to understand user needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on full stack codebases
• Strong technical background with expertise in modern web languages/frameworks, particularly Ruby on Rails
• Experience leading impactful engineering projects at a non-trivial scale
• Ability to work on both frontend and backend as a generalist
• Experience with software design for scalable architectures
