Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend specialization
• Practical experience building scalable backend systems, preferably in Elixir/Phoenix/PostgreSQL
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
• 2+ years working with a fully remote, async team
• Strong systems thinking ability related to backend work and AI-driven platforms
