Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and mature testing infrastructure for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Own and improve the CI/CD pipeline to enhance deployment frequency
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering by removing bottlenecks and standardizing best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go
• Experience building automated testing frameworks for distributed systems
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
