Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical evolution of the game platform, making architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability
• Take validated prototypes from concept to production, guiding technical approaches and implementations
• Mentor and develop engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and career development conversations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in web-based games or interactive experiences
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js) and experience with modern web game frameworks
• Experience with API design, database modeling, and scalable distributed systems
• Track record of technical leadership, influencing architecture and driving process improvements
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and project management skills
