Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python
• Architect and implement event-driven/microservices solutions using Kafka
• Ensure production readiness through CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend systems in Java and/or Python
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of 5-10 engineers
• 3+ years of experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle and/or MongoDB/Cassandra)
• 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD
