Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high quality, scalable software using C# and .NET
• Serve as Tech Lead for a team of engineers, setting technical direction and conducting code reviews
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to create executable engineering plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2 years in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers
• Strong engineering or computer science foundation, or a self-taught background with a passion for software development
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team during US Central Time hours
