Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery across data sync engine, query engine, and embedded database performance workstreams
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap
• Drive execution through prioritization and support for team members in a people management role

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering database or adjacent products
• Strong background in performance, quality gates, and rollout strategies for critical infrastructure
• Experience in managing technical teams and guiding product direction
• Ability to operate effectively in an async-first culture
• Familiarity with replication algorithms and CRDT libraries is a plus
