• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time building before AI tools existed
• Product instinct with a focus on user experience and successful product shipping
• Full-stack fluency across frontend and backend technologies
• Experience using AI coding tools and the ability to discern quality in AI-generated code
• Strong architectural judgment and understanding of testing discipline
