Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, plan, design, and build features that enhance user adoption
• Create user experiences and conduct experiments to boost engagement among trial users
• Develop systems for customized onboarding and improve feature areas to increase usage and reduce churn

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript
• Previous experience on a Growth engineering team
• Experience in building full-stack web-based systems and features
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
