Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend and scale the internal AI platform and enablement layer
• Maintain structured context artifacts for accurate reasoning by LLMs and improve knowledge discoverability
• Build sandbox environments and self-service tools for rapid prototyping and iteration of AI workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience in complex production systems
• Fluency across programming languages with experience in platform engineering and developer tooling
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems and deploying them to production
• Understanding of tradeoffs in AI deployments, including cost modeling and observability
• High-agency and self-directed with the ability to operate without tightly-defined scope
