Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Agents Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and promote best practices for building AI Agents
• Drive standards and tooling for Agent quality, including evaluation frameworks and test suites
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify product opportunities and develop necessary tooling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning systems in production
• Recent experience with Agent frameworks like LangGraph or Claude SDK
• Advanced software engineering skills, including distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in building and promoting tooling within medium-large organizations
• U.S. Person status required for accessing U.S. only data systems
