Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of conversational AI solutions
• Oversee AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML solutions
• Proficiency in Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and core AI/ML concepts
• Experience with Dialogflow, conversational agents, and backend API integration
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior engineers
