Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Agentic Memory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design novel benchmark tasks and evaluation methodologies for agentic memory systems
• Build and maintain synthetic dataset generation pipelines for realistic evaluation data
• Run experiments to diagnose agent memory shortcomings and inform improvements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Applied Math with 12+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience developing agentic systems and pipelines
• Understanding of the state of the art in retrieval research, focusing on agentic retrieval
• Knowledge of best practices in large-scale data pipelines
• Excellent Python programming skills and strong understanding of the Python deep learning ecosystem
