Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex features and projects within an AI-native engineering workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, architectural design, and technology selection for complex features and core platform components
• Implement backend services and APIs, ensuring high code quality and maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed event-driven systems and microservices architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver scalable systems with minimal oversight
• Comfortable operating at Senior Software Engineer level, including mentoring peers and providing technical direction
• Strong design and architectural skills with demonstrated experience owning complex systems
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and evaluating potential solutions
