Key Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering innovations for managing GPU-based AI servers, focusing on OOB management and firmware development
• Leading BMC firmware design and collaborating with global engineering teams
• Developing performance-optimized monitoring solutions and ensuring software quality through testing and security compliance

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in BMC Firmware development on X86 or ARM platforms
• Experience in delivering high-end enterprise servers from definition to deployment
• Understanding of low-level interfaces such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, and JTAG
• Proficiency in C/C++ development and scripting in bash/python
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant experience
