Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, DL Compilers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement compiler passes, IRs, and lowering pipelines for GPU kernel generation
• Build MLIR-based transformations and compiler infrastructure connecting frontend representations to backend code generation
• Perform performance analysis and optimization across the codegen pipeline for GPU kernels

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of relevant work or research experience in compilers, focusing on code generation or optimization passes
• Strong C/C++ skills, including debugging and performance profiling
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with increasing scope
• Experience with GPU or high-performance accelerator architectures is a plus
