Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the PBM Adjudication team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical initiatives by designing and building core adjudication platform components
• Elevate the team through mentoring mid-level and junior engineers and establishing coding standards
• Build and maintain production systems, including designing gRPC APIs and ensuring system observability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership
• Strong backend engineering experience in TypeScript and/or Go
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and API design
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and make foundational decisions
• Demonstrated experience in data modeling and schema design
