Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their PBM Member Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical initiatives, leading architecture and delivery of major features across mobile, web, and API layers
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through pairing, code review, and design discussions
• Design and build gRPC APIs, maintain production systems, and establish coding standards and testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with progression into technical leadership
• Deep full-stack fluency across frontend (React), mobile (React Native), and backend (Node.js/NestJS) layers
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and designing APIs
• Strong data modeling instincts and schema design experience
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of breaking down product objectives into shippable engineering work
