Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Engineer, Senior/Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for systems, including cloud infrastructure and backend architecture
• Design fault-tolerant distributed systems that connect various parts of the healthcare ecosystem
• Mentor engineers, ensuring high standards for system design, CI/CD, and code quality

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the 0-to-1 or 1-to-scale phase of a high-growth startup
• Strong technical depth in system architecture and engineering
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools to enhance productivity
• Full-stack capabilities with expertise in backend distributed systems
• Practical experience with relational and NoSQL databases
