Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Observability Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to encourage team growth

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
• 2+ years of experience instrumenting distributed systems with OpenTelemetry or similar frameworks
• 2+ years of experience with at least one observability platform beyond basic usage
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-native and distributed architectures
