Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Labor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify applications using C#.NET based on technical designs and backlog items
• Create user stories and refine backlog items to enhance user experience for store associates
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues by analyzing code, designing, coding, and testing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in application design, development, and delivery in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework, C#.NET, and SQL Server or similar databases
• 2+ years of experience developing modern frontend React.js frameworks integrated with backend APIs
• Leadership experience in driving a team's work in an agile scrum environment
