Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Systems FDE.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate software with military avionics data buses and implement tactical datalink interfaces
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for operational relevance in military environments
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve software and integration issues in real-time operational settings

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or systems integration, specifically with military or aerospace data buses
• 2+ years of experience with avionics bus standards such as MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC 429
• Experience with tactical datalink protocols (Link 16, SADL) and Cursor-on-Target message formats
• A highly adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance immediate fixes with long-term solutions
