Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I for the Applications Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical direction of key Applications platform features
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across Rails backend and React frontend
• Mentor L2 engineers and contribute to architectural decisions for the core product

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React)
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling production web applications end-to-end
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong analytical skills for working with complex datasets
• Experience writing clean, testable, and maintainable React code
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex full-stack projects
