Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant professional experience leading complex technical initiatives
• Professional experience with React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and Docker in a software development workflow
• Experience designing maintainable solutions and familiarity with microservices architecture
• A strong understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices
