Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex projects across the enrollment and early member journey
• Design scalable backend systems that enhance enrollment workflows and operational automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems, with strong backend skills in Go and/or Python
• Experience in designing and operating scalable backend systems, including APIs and distributed workflows
• Proven ability to define solutions for ambiguous problems and drive execution with measurable impact
• Strong product intuition and understanding of how technical decisions affect user experience
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
