Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable search and data solutions, blending traditional and AI-driven approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-performance search capabilities
• Build and maintain high-throughput streaming data pipelines and contribute to architectural decisions for system scalability and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in search or data systems
• Strong background in distributed systems and data-intensive applications
• Experience with search technologies such as Lucene, Elasticsearch, or Solr
• Hands-on experience with vector similarity search and vector databases
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts and scalable data pipeline design
