Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and evolve an AI-native product and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve backend systems and deploy scalable APIs and AI-assisted services
• Own feature development from ideation to production and build frontend features using modern tools
• Develop internal tooling and optimize performance across frontend, backend, and AI-assisted pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with backend systems (Scala, Java, Ruby, or C#) and JavaScript with React
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
• Deep familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) and multi-session workflows
• Experience designing systems rather than just implementing features
