Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD paved road tooling, enhancing workflows and developer feedback loops
• Drive Ruby/Rails platform upgrades, coordinating changes and creating safe rollout plans
• Build and improve self-service tooling and standardize authentication/authorization patterns

Required Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD, Release Engineering, and tools like Buildkite and Backstage
• Proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and dependency management
• Familiarity with Auth0 or similar identity providers and OAuth/OIDC concepts
• Experience with operational support and incident analysis
• Working experience in a PAAS environment
