Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to build simulation and AI capabilities for CTV advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build simulation environments modeling CTV auction mechanics and advertiser competition
• Develop frameworks for evaluating bidding strategies and budget allocation offline
• Build AI agents to explore strategy spaces and automate experimentation within simulations

Required Qualifications

• Systems programming experience in Zig or similar languages (C, C++, Rust)
• Deep understanding of probabilistic modeling and agent-based simulation
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and their application in workflows
• Adtech experience, particularly in RTB mechanics and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to scope, design, and ship systems end-to-end with minimal direction
