Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, RL Post-Training Frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build RL post-training infrastructure for efficient scaling from single GPU experimentation to production across thousands of nodes
• Contribute to and enhance the performance and usability of open-source RL frameworks
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the needs of researchers and partners are prioritized in the development of necessary capabilities

Required Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional experience in distributed systems, high-performance computing, or ML systems engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++
• Experience building or contributing to large-scale distributed systems or runtime frameworks in production
• Depth in technical areas such as reinforcement learning, PyTorch internals, or Kubernetes runtime internals
