Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution and delivery of large, complex projects, providing architectural guidance
• Ensure the long-term architecture, health, and quality of the team's codebase and systems
• Mentor L5 engineers and foster learning and growth within the team

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 7 years in full-stack development and technical leadership
• Expertise in utilizing AI throughout the SDLC and product development, with experience in agent-based systems preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in relational databases like PostgreSQL and front-end languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with hosting platforms like Heroku and cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
